40 Nights of Rock Archive: Day 2 video blog - Eugene Mirman
On Day 2, we woke up rattled and hungover, pulled ourselves together and hit the road for Poughkeepsie, N.Y., where we interviewed 3rd Eye Blind’s Stephan Jenkins before the band’s show at Marist College. After that, we journeyed back to New Jersey to interview the band Mutemath on their tour bus. Oddly, there are no clips of either interview in the video blog, only the before and after footage. (Don’t worry, though - there will be plenty in the movie!)
We do however have a great clip in this video blog of comedian Eugene Mirman, who gives us his advice for survival on the road.

MUTEMATH - “ARMISTICE” (Live)
Check out this killer clip from Mutemath’s new DVD Armistice Live, filmed on tour in Japan. We interviewed this laidback, extremely talented gang of musicians on their tour bus outside the Bamboozle fest in East Rutherford, N.J., on Day 2 of filming for 40 Nights of Rock. Just received word that they’ve finished a brand new record, which is due out in September!
